If you’re looking to exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns for faulty items and/or exchanges for sizes within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Please note, you will need to cover the cost of returning the goods and the sending of replacements.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Use the contact form to request a refund stating your order number and the reason for return.
- Wait for the return email with return address details
- Put the item in secure wrapping and post accordingly
- You will receive your credit/refund within 7 days
- If you requested a replacement it will be dispatched as soon as we have received the return item.
